Free tool to calculate Heroku database connections

I just launched the [Heroku Database Calculator](https://railsautoscale.com/heroku-postgresql-connection-calculator/)—a free tool to help visualize and manage your Heroku Postgres connections.

If you've encountered errors like `ActiveRecord::ConnectionTimeoutError` or `PG::ConnectionBad: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections`, then you've either run up against your connection pool config or your Postgres connection limit. This tool will show you what configurations lead to those errors, and how to avoid them.

  1. I was going to do this! 🙂

Since you’re here: is there anything Heroku-specific here besides dynos and preboot? Assume dynos are web instances and you’ve got this for the rest of us, right?
