A web extension that redirects Twitter, YouTube, Instagram & Google Maps requests to privacy friendly alternatives - Nitter, Invidious, Bibliogram & OpenStreetMap.

Allows for setting custom Nitter, Invidious, Bibliogram & OpenStreetMap instances and toggling all redirects on & off.

  1. This is great for those that can actually use the privacy friendly alternatives. If you can’t here’s how you can improve your privacy while still using the main websites (keyword improve, I’m not claiming this is more private than the alternatives, but sadly alternatives don’t work in every situation for every need)

    Use addons such as uBlock and Privacy Badger. This will stop a lot of the ads, trackers, etc.

    Keep separate websites in separate containers so they can’t see what your other web traffic is. You can use Multi Account containers, or use Facebook container, twitter container, Google container, etc. For a little bit of an easier set up.

    Using strict settings in Firefox privacy settings, disabling cross-site cookies, etc.

    Setting up permissions so sites can’t access location preventing precious location analysis.
