This is a quick message to say thank you to /r/djangolearning and /r/django.
12 months ago I barely knew python. As I've learned I've lurked on here and gained so much knowledge.
In 24 hours time my first paid job goes live. It is a rebuild of a real estate agent's website from WordPress. The WordPress site was struggling and constantly crashing. The django site doesn't even break a sweat.
Looking forward to many new projects.
Congratulations! As someone who’s just beginning with Python, this is a huge inspiration for me.
