I tested the actual loadspeed with this Chrome Plugin:
[PageSpeedtest](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lgmnmdkkghdeagbghognjbjijpnckcid)
Some Sites I tested:
HuffingtonPost: from ~16000 ms to ~12000
Cracked.com from ~12000 ms to ~7000
Rlslog.net: from ~12000 to ~2000ms (!)
I have an old Machine...
I hoped this could be useful for somebody out there 😉
Used…thanks.
Reduced loading *time*, not *speed*. I thought you put up some weirdo wildcard that exposed a bug in the parser. I already did the above and more, and it now syncs to Opera Mobile so hellyeah loading speed.
Hi, thanks for the Suggestion. Ghostery seemed like what I was looking for too. I tested it and it was a little bit slower than the manual Solution.
With Ghostery + Fanboy lists, Rlslog.net was never under 3500ms Loading Time.
With Fanboy Lists Alone the Loading Time reduced to about 3000ms.
It seems these plugins and lists take some toll on the Loading Time overall in trying to sort out the “Bad” Code in the Source Code.
And they’re doing the same job twice esentially.
So if you have an Overall fast machine and are Paranoid about Privacy,
all the things are for you. If you’re like me and care mainly about Speed. Keep it at the Minimum.
Why would anyone want to reduce the speed?

Is it the same thing?
